Tuition & Payment Information

At Brooklyn Basement Dance Company, we aim to keep our tuition and payment process simple, transparent, and consistent so families know exactly what to expect. Monthly billing allows us to plan classes, staffing, and programming thoughtfully while creating a reliable experience for our dancers.

Monthly Tuition & Billing

  • Tuition is processed automatically on the 1st of each month using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or checking/savings account.

  • Cash payments are accepted; however, an authorized electronic payment method must remain on file.

  • Cash payments must be made prior to the 1st to avoid automatic billing.

How Tuition Works

  • Monthly tuition is based on four weeks (four classes) per month.

  • There is no additional charge during months with five classes.

  • Tuition is not prorated for studio-wide holiday closures, including Thanksgiving Week, Winter Break, and Spring/Easter Break.

Late & Declined Payments

  • A $25 late fee will be applied to balances not paid in full by the 5th of the month.

  • A $25 fee applies to all declined or returned payments.

Account Access

  • Payment information may be updated at any time through our Parent Portal or with assistance from our front desk team.

  • All accounts must be current for dancers to participate in class.

Refund Policy

  • Tuition, registration fees, costume fees, and recital fees are non-refundable.

  • No refunds or credits are issued once fees are processed.

Dress Code by Class
