We hope you love your Brooklyn Basement Dance Company merchandise! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, limited edition items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

Returns can be made in person at the studio during front desk hours. If returning by mail, please contact us at brooklynbasementdance.com for instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s).
