CLASSES FOR EVERY DANCER

Our Tots classes give little movers the perfect place to burn energy, build coordination, and make friends—all while having fun! Designed for toddlers and preschoolers, these classes introduce rhythm, movement, and creativity in a playful environment that helps set the foundation for a lifelong love of dance.

TOTS DANCE

AGES 6+

At Brooklyn Basement Dance Company, our programs for dancers ages 5 and up are designed to build confidence, discipline, and artistry in a fun, supportive environment. From the first class, dancers are introduced to strong technique, musicality, and performance skills that grow with them throughout the season.

 

Families who commit to the full program experience the most growth—both on and off the dance floor. By training consistently with the same faculty and peers, dancers gain not only stronger skills, but also the teamwork, resilience, and confidence that come from being part of a season-long journey.

 

Whether your child is taking their very first class or is ready to push themselves to the next level, BBDC offers the structure, energy, and inspiration to help every dancer shine.​

What We Teach:

Ballet – A fun and focused class that builds strong technique, posture, and discipline through ballet fundamentals to help dancers move with confidence.

 

Jazz – High-energy and expressive, jazz blends technique, style, and performance skills to help dancers bring personality and precision to the stage.

 

Hip Hop – A dynamic and upbeat class that teaches rhythm, coordination, and the latest street dance styles in a fun, supportive environment.

 

Acrobatics – A skills-based class that builds flexibility, balance, strength, and control through safe progressions in tumbling and acro technique.
